This is a free service, there are no 'shoulds' and 'shouldn'ts', in real life each country doesn't just have one of each type of business/service. There is no legislation to say I am 'robbing Tom of business', and it's not like I stole the idea, I was offering the service before his business began.

Yeah there are free services and expensive ones in the real world, it all depends on the quality you want. (Not inferring that either company is of inferior quality here)
