I think in terms of buying players, Jol isn't too bad, but his tactical decisions are awful! I remember when Spurs were playing Chelsea in the Fa Cup last year, doing great, then brings off Berbatov and Malbranque (I think? it was two best players anyway), and brings on Mido and someone else. Mido's bloody useless, and in the end Chelsea fought their way back into the game and forced a draw

Your d**n right James, Jol has no tatical Awareness Whatsoever, he keeps taking off players who have worked their socks off and yet brings on players who couldn't give a toss.
Btw I have posted some things I would like you to read in the Government Forum!
Many Thanks,

Martin Jol seems like someone who would be a better scout or director of football

I can't help but think that a certain Younes Kaboul has saved (or at least prolonged) the job of Martin Jol, tonight.

When do they get anything right, 2 days before mourinho went they said Roman and Jose were getting on fine.

Well in fairness the Sun got it right, they reported the 'egg and omlettes' thing the day before and said he'd reignited the row.
