I had a day off school once when I wasn't really ill when my mum was ill and couldn't drive me to school...

I've had the odd day off when needed, though not ill. Like when coursework was due in for example or when we were doing some pointless activity day towards the end of term. I took a day off then to work on course work instead.

I just struggle during lunchtimes and other lessons when people don't notice

d**n you algebra, that was forced upon me in maths.
I also hate the annoying and utterly pointless activities. I was presented with the choice of going to Alton Towers or staying in school to do work. Alton Towers trip costed nyon £20 and we were only going to be there four hours. Quite pointless considering how long it takes to que up.

algebra has more purpose than del.icio.us
just don't turn up to school that day if you're not going on the trip

I did that once, only to make the mistake of paying before hand, the devious sods kept my money.
