I actually liked that idea. Its not racial separation. Geographical division man. If you dont want that can we not look at non-physical areas of divison. Like giving people an area to work on and allowing people to choose which area to be a part of when joining. Would help greatly for each to build an identity, and allow people to be responsible for the upkeep and progression of their area.

Funny, I released a paper three days before the end with solid results. The numbers are slightly off but the implications are not.

I presumed you were taking the final results as an assumption due to the fact that all of the currently active people have voted, still it looks as though the intent of the article will stand, the current election standings don't appear to be changing.
