I heard a funny way to get letters sent free of charge; write your address on the front, the person you want to send the letter to on the back under "If undelivered please return to sender", and last of all 'forget' to put a stamp on it. Hopefully as you've forgotten the stamp the P/O will think they are 'returning' your letter but instead they will be delivering it

It should work in theory... if you want to make someone pay for something don't include a return address, just their address, no stamp on a parcel filled with blank paper . They have to pay to see the parcel
