To be perfectly honest, I am furious at the way Ezaf has been treated, I wouldn't class it as spam at all, He was advertising yes, but not another country, just a place for other nations to feel free. He has done nothing wrong but he has been treated worse than something on the bottom of your shoe. I thought that the relations between our two countries were back to normal, but obviously this has again caused tension.

He was advertising, something that we do not allow. This is Jamzinia, we are perfectly able to state that we do not alow adverts, without it being unreasonable, let alone the extents you are exagerating this to be. The only thing that's creating 'tension' in this situation is you, there was no other issue than us telling Ezaf we do not allow advertisements. These petty claims that we are treating people from your nation badly are becoming a nusiance, at every opportunity you seem to enjoy claiming we are discriminating against you in someway.
For the record; Spam is something that is either totally unrelevant, or the something with the same content posted in more than one place several times - the same advertisement, word for word, has been posted in several micronations.

Can we not get so worked up about something like this again please? although, I wouldn't say it was spam at all, he is posting this to help other nations advertise there own, not cause any conflict. Anyway, it has even helped as it has created a bit of a conversation, thus giving you a higher post count anyway.

We need to establish a set of specific guidelines.
