Simple, a three year plan outlines what we hope to achieve in the next 3 years. This covers our finances, recruitment etc. This would be created by people adding items to the list below. Such as getting a PO box and a new constitution  |

Yes, but I think the plan should be detailed - Ie - Citizens propose ideas/items that they wish to see complete by the end of the 3 years and then the government include them (providing they are appropriate) along with a deadline within the 3 years.

We shall begin the debate for 'The 3 Year Plan' after the Constitutional Convention is complete. As I do believe a clash of interests may result in a less organised, accurate and achievable plan.

one year plan perhaps... but 3 years is a little long...even shireroth wouldn't do well with a 3 year plan.
