I'd just like to bring this idea back up. I think it would be an idea to consider this; particularily for our long term aims to ensure we stay on track. I do think we should set maybe short term aims aswell as this. Maybe anually, each contributing to our overall aims.
I've brought this topic back to life mainly due to our recent change in Secretary Of Home State; Tom being appointed. Should this idea get the go-ahead, myself and Tom shall work together in establishing our aims.
I'd also like to hear your views on each government department setting aims for their relevant section. This should help delegate the aims into a somewhat achieveable result.

As I said before, how about a three year plan outlining our major plans in the future, subdivided into annual plans that we review each year on a set date?
