Forming A New Family - Format

To form a new family in Jamzinia, you must begin a new topic titled "New Family Formation Application". The body of the message should be layed out in the following format ;

Surname Of Family:
Date of citizenship approval: (Please post N/A should you not remember)
Family Crest: (Optional)
Family Motto: (Optional)

Once your application is posted, the Registry Office will get back to you as soon as possible to tell you whether your application has been successful. Should that be the case, your new family will be formed. Other citizens may then join your family pending your approval. Please ensure you check this area of the board regularily for requests to enter your family.
