not sure if this is what I am meant to do, but anyway
The currency in my opinion is a great idea but at the moment I hava a couple of questions for James
1) When we are all living happily on land, how will it be decided who get teh most money to start with 2) What exactly will we have to discuss about it in congress? lots I know but what are the main points, just so I can start to think about it
the serial number is a great idea btw

Hi Jamie, This is exactly what you are meant to do! and I am delighted you've set about doing it. I am pelased to see some members from congress wanting issues to be disscussed as it advances the country by addressing problems that are faced. Anyway the answers- A 1- Very good question Jamie, I would presume that we will give all citizens a base amount from which they must then work from to get more money. For example all citizens may be given a 500 JD grant to begin life as well as possible, then from this point they must work for their money or trade wth various exports and imports etc. A 2 - In congress we shall disscuss points exactly such as the one you raised above, and congress shall rely on members presenting issues forward in certain areas. However, myself and Keith will also probably forward various ideas and issues that are seen as important to us, and to then let the members of congress to put forward their views.
I am hoping that issues shall be addressed by members continuously, however I also hope that in the near future we may establish a system of basis points to disscuss each month. Such point shall be long term aims, thus being the reason for a months difference to see progression.
Thanks for addressing such an important issue, I can see that your imput will be very valuable within congress aswell as the great imput you have put into the country in general.

I think that the people of our nation should be paid for what they can do. If a Citizen has a trade we should pay them for carrying out that trade and a bit more if they teach somebody else that trade. We could start up our own qualification sceme so that our Citizens can learn new trades to help our Nation grow i.e "Give a man a fish."
I would like to know how much land were are expected to gain to start our country off with. Realistically it couldn't be miles. We would be lucky to own a few acres at most so therefore a small population would be ideal.
The only chance I think we have of gaining land is to either buy it or as I have said before aquiring it with rights to land. This means we would have to find land and lay claim to it ourselves. I have researched this point a lot and people can only gain small plots of land at a time so therefore we would have to claim a small piece.

Very good ideas Keith. Maybe we should seriously begin looking at various pieces of land once the footy match has been played. After all, at the moment, our short term aim is to first establish a decent citizen base (high population) and also to raise some funds, which I hope the match will do! As I said to Jamie, I believe it really, really would help if you and him could advertise possibly using posters in your area for people to play for our team and join our community of our Nation.

I will put flyers around my area with the web addie on and then hopefully people will be intrested and come on to have a look and join.... I belive any land would be a huge start...then as I have said organisations can be joined. I am going to email Lance Armstrong and tell him about our national holiday and then hopefully he might give our nation a mention in a interview with him in the future!
