Well done; I agree that the national colors should somehow be incorporated, though if it imperils the current layout the incorporation should be abandoned.

yeah i geiss, I was thinking of having a system of currency for new-empire which meant every citizen would get a USB stick thing and on it would be a database of their info like date of birth and their money, all of which would be encrypted

It's a great idea, it means shops can track your spending, you don't need to carry round wads of cash and it would all be encrypted so no muggers.
Problem is hackers...
