The following prevention against the threat of conversion fraud was outlined a few weeks ago;
I am also going to insist that the balances of teams are 'added' prior to the start of the season, and can only be added to at 3 other stages during the season. The balance shall be the money of which teams must use to spend on items such as transfers, and also the place where revenues of tickets and sponsorships are added. This should ensure that the money each club has is strictly monitored, preventing fraud of any kind. Not only does this ensure the game is fair, but also makes it more fun to all, in particular those who do achieve things in the game through genuine means.
I'll set a deadline for the initial balances being set soon.
For the first season, each club recieves JD$10 per spectator at home games; therefore an attendance of 45,000 would bring in JD$450,000. After the first season those teams finishing in the top 3 recieve a bonus of JD$3 for each spectator in the next season.
Prize money shall be awarded -
JPL Champions - JD$15,000,000
JPL Runners-Up - JD$7,000,000
3rd - JD$4,000,000
4th - JD$3,500,000
5th - JD$3,250,000
6th -JD$3,00,000
7th -JD$2,750,000
The Klemmen Cup Winners - JD$4,500,000
The JFA Cup Winners - JD$6,500,000
Now I'm really not sure that the above is enough so I've been racking by brains for more ways to further prevent conversion fraud, and I think I may have come up with a solution;
To ensure all clubs start on a fair level footing to begin with, the balance of the all clubs will be JD$3M. This JD$3,000,000 will be a complementary gift from the Bank Of Klemmen and may be used by the owner however they wish (Providing it is spent on the club in some way). The club's other revenues through ticket, sponsorship, transfer and tv deals will be added to this balance throughout the season. This balance may not be added to by the owner's personal wealth.
This shall only be for the first season, after which other factors shall come into the financial footings such as prize money.
This new rule will mean that no club may deal in transfer deals with 'converted' money, and owners may not 'convert' money over to spend on players or any items that become available to 'buy' in the future.
This makes it much more easier to track the money in flotation and helps a great deal in ensuring the league is realistic and fair.
