What is the House of The Interior?
The House of the Interior is one of two parliamentary divisions of the government of Jamzinia. The House of The Interior houses heads of parliamentary divisions who have been awarded either The Public Seal of Approval or The Monarch's Seal of Approval. The house is here primarily for disscussion regarding the direction of the nation including the review and creation of new and present laws. Should a debate require a decision The House of the Interior may pass proposed new or ammended acts over to The House of the Exterior. The House Of The Exterior is the only house which may pass acts. Each member of parliament is entitled to one vote, one vote only on each debate. This is to be taken in the House Of The Exterior. Should the proposed act or ammendment get the awarded the Legislative Seal of Approval by the reigning Monarch.
How often do debates take place?
Debates in the House of the Interior take place as often as the situation requires. Any of the ministers who are members of the house may begin a new debate on a new issue at any time. To do this a new topic must be posted in the house entited "Debate RE- 'SUBJECT HERE'" The debate must also include an introduction including a detailed account of what the debate is about and what the proposed aim of the debate is for. All disscussions taken place in the house are expected to be written in a formal format with relatively accurate grammar and punctuation.
If a decision is reached in a debate who writes the formal legislation?
The Monarch writes the legislation due to their traditional knowledge of law. This does not mean that the Monarch may pass any law they like regardless of the decision reached in debate.
