Whilst the people may contribute their ideas to the reform in the public debate thread, I would like all ideas from our government officials in the mean time, posted below. Remember that the ideas do not have to be written as law, they can mearely be simple suggestions or topics that you would like to see included in the constitution. Please contribute as much as possible to this as the reform of our constituion is a rare and precious chance.

The first one was hugely out of date. It was largely based upon land based laws in the chance of a macronational claim to independance.

Yes, although the constitution doesn't really outline our 'goals'. It's more of a guideline covering a range of possibilities. Our 'goals' and targets are set by our relevant ministries, myself, the PM and our citizens. If we all work together our 'goals' can be met much faster.
