Before we conclude our ideas for the new constition I would like to hear opinion on a small government reshuffle that would need to be included in the constitution to ensure it is set firmly in place.
For the first time in the history of our many vaired government systems, with many varied results, I am very happy with our current one and would therefore like to include it in the 2nd constition of Jamzinia. However, I would like to propose a few small adjustments;
Firstly I would like to propose that the Prime Minister is relocated to the House of The Interior, where he has equivilent status to a head of department. I would also like to suggest that the House of The Interior is the primary debate ground for paliament along with being the plemininary step for new acts, in the form of debating set issues in the current format. The only change being, that government officials give their views in the House of The Interior then vote and only vote in the house of the exterior. The House of the exterior would house proposed acts that had been written up as a result of debates or otherwise. Each head of department would then get one vote in the form of one reply on that particular act's thread - Either 'Approve' or 'Dis-approve'. The act would be open to vote for one week. If the number of approvals outweighs the disaprovals then it is law, and announced in a sub-board in the exterior.
This way we would have a separate house for debating and voting on acts. What does everyone think?
