What is the purpose of the House Of The Exterior?
The House Of The Exterior's sole purpose is to pass or reject new or ammended acts. The House of the Exterior allows members of parliament to vote on the proposed new or ammended acts. The Exterior does not house any debates this is the House of The Interior's purpose.
When are proposed acts forwarded to the House of the exterior?
Proposed acts ; new or ammended, are forwarded to this house when a debate that takes place in the house of the interior requires an act to be made or ammended. The proposed act or ammendment is forwarded to this house once the debate has finished in the interior. This allows all member of parliament to have their say before a written proposal is made. Each member of parliament has one vote on each proposed act and ammendment. No comments may be made on the ammendments or acts in this house, an occurance of such may result in the vote of that person being invalid. Members of parliament vote by either replying "Approve" or "Disapprove".
