Pact Order for a Priory construction in Jamzinia
This document is written in full to ask the King of Jamzinia, namely King James I to grant permission for the construction of a Priory within the lands of Jamzinia. It has been within the last weeks and months that discussions have been held between King James I and Prime Minister Keith to start the building of such an institution.
Prime Minister Keith has offered to stand down as Prime Minister of Jamzinia and to focus his undivided attentions to the construction of the Priory and set up a modern day order for which the Monastery should and would be run under. With this in mind Prime Minister Keith would like to suggest that the order for which the establishment would be run shall be known as The Order of Colliam and would follow mostly the order of St. Benedict. This name is unknown to Prime Minister Keith as an actual persons name at this time but is actually the combination of Both the first King and Indeed the first Prime Ministers surnames in order to produce an individual name for such a worthy cause.
Prime Minister Keith upon completion of the foreseen documentation, assuming it shall receive the full attentions of the King and would receive a signature of approval thereafter, Would there after be known to all citizens and visitors of Jamzinia as Prior Keith I of the Colliam Order in writing but would be addressed as Prior Keith. From then on. Prior Keith’s tasks would be to construct the priory of Jamzinia and to start the learning’s of the institution and indeed the Order of Colliam and also of the Bible as a whole. Construction of the Order of Colliam in writing would also be published for everybody to read and understand. Prior Keith’s standing within Jamzinia would then be inserted under the Church of Jamzinia and would therefore take orders in full from the head of the Jamzinian Church and indeed King James I himself.
As for the Priory as an establishment in itself it will be run as follows. The lands granted would be owned by the Prior. In addition the monks would have rights of fishing and claim wreckage from the river. The 4 monks and their prior would follow the Order of Colliam set down in writings from Prior Keith I and would be up kept and reviewed by any Prior thereafter. The day would be divided into church services and estate work including farming, fishing, gardening, cleaning, cooking, caring for the church and more importantly the Jamzinian community. No monk would be able to own individual wealth but have his belonging provided to him by the Priory and the State and Government of Jamzinia.
This document Has been produced for the Hopeful approval of King James I of Jamzinia. (Signature in Typing will be considered as handwritten whilst Jamzinia is as a whole a micro-nation.
For The Signature of King James I of Jamzinia.
