The New Lincoln Arts Festival shall begin on 6 June 2007 and shall continue on until 7 July 2007. The festival shall be in the form of an exhibition; housing the work of artists, poets and songwriters. The judging for all except the "best piece" category shall be by the general public in form of a vote. The judging shall take place on 8 July 2007, and shall end on 15 July. The best piece category will then be decided by King James I. Work may be submitted any time during the exhibition, at which point it will be displayed for all to see. The following categories shall exist;
The Lion Merit For Best Poetry
The Lion Merit For Best Artwork
The Lion Merit For Best Song
The Lion Merit For Best Historic/Cultural/Propaganda Piece
The Lion Merit For Best Literature
The Lion Merit For Best Piece Overall
All work must be Jamzinian themed, and may be submitted to myself either by msn, or posted below during the exhibition. Once the exhibition has closed, all the work shall be transfered to the Keith Colley Museum and The National Art Gallery. All work must be your own.

There's only been one entry so far; If this festival is to remain an anual event we are going to require more interest.
