Hierarchal Structure
A structure will be created so that if any holder of a position is inactive for a significant amount of time, another citizen will be in place to take on their duties until such a time as the former holder becomes active again or is officially removed from Jamzinia, by choice or edict.
Duty Rosters
Specific reports will be written up for each department, depicting the duties of its proprietor. These will provide guidelines for newcomers, such as after elections, as well as defining what standard procedures will be undergone by whom, such as the census by the Home State department.
Challenge of Office
If any person is not fulfilling their position’s requirements upon observation, a citizen may challenge them. If at least 50% of those who voice an opinion on the subject, within a one week period, believe a reelection should take place, an election will be had on the date directly between the last and upcoming elections. A position may not be challenged past this center point, and the reelection can occur up to one week afterwards, due to the 7 day waiting period. An absentee post may also be challenged in order to move temporary control away from a retainer.
Reduction of Monarchical Contingency
If the monarch is absent for more than one full week, the Prime Minister will gain his powers with the exception of those that would grant him the ability to prevent the monarch's return and reconstitution of authority. (The anti-coup d'état-clause)
