Whilst browsing our archives yesterday I came accross the initial suggestion for founders day. It included the idea of staging a fete-type open day showcasing all aspects of Jamzinia on various different stalls. One of the suggested stalls was regarding our national dish.
I wondered what our national dish should be, I personally think creating an adaptation of a current dish would be better than just naming an existing dish. What suggestions do you have?

Maybe a curry of some sort, or Steak made from real Jamzinia Beef.

How about a toasted sandwhich of some sort? Maybe something strange like mash tates in it May well be very nice
