I am delighted to announce the designation of the peerage, Marquess Of Mercy, to Keith Shiner. With this hereditary peerage of nobility comes the promise of the land of Mercy. The lands of Mercy shall consist of an estimated 5% of Jamzinia's lands.
Keith Shiner joined Jamzinia in December of 2005. In January of 2006 he took the responsibility of becoming Prime Minister, a role that he furfilled on a long term basis until only recently, finally stepping down and retiring from his duties yesterday. During his time as Prime Minister, Keith has shown long term dedication, extreme loyalty and effort in aiding Jamzinia to succeed.
Recently Keith finished his long term project of writing up the history of Jamzinia, the first of three chronicles. Keith's long term committment to Jamzinia has resulted in him rightfully being awarded the title of Marquess Of Mercy.
So, from this day forth, recognise the achknowledgement of loyalty in, The Most Honourable Keith Shiner Marquess Of Mercy.
Keith will be designated a coat of arms, and a motto shortly. This also entitles Keith to a seat in Peers Court.
Congratulations Keith.
